These Terms and Conditions (“User Terms”) apply to your visit to and use of the Chargebees mobile application, website, services, EV charging platform, charging stations, and all related services provided through chargebees.com.

By checking and agreeing to “I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy,” you consent to be legally bound by these User Terms before using the Chargebees platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Chargebees application, website, and services.

You are eligible to use Chargebees services only if you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a valid contract under applicable laws.

Users accessing Chargebees services from jurisdictions with age restrictions or contractual limitations must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Users may register on the Chargebees application only after providing accurate and updated registration information including name, email address, phone number, and related account details.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and activities associated with your account.

Chargebees reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if inaccurate, incomplete, false, or unauthorized information is detected.

Only one account may be created per user using a valid set of registration information.

Users must immediately notify Chargebees in case of unauthorized account access, suspicious activity, or security breaches.

By using Chargebees services, you agree not to misuse the application, charging infrastructure, website, payment systems, or associated digital services.

Users shall not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

Users agree to comply with all applicable information technology laws, EV charging regulations, and digital payment guidelines.

Chargebees reserves the right to terminate services immediately for policy violations, suspicious activities, harmful behavior, or unauthorized use of infrastructure.

Users agree that Chargebees may communicate important service information, offers, promotions, charging updates, and operational notifications through SMS, email, mobile notifications, or app alerts.

Upon receiving a booking request, Chargebees will confirm or reject the booking depending on charging slot availability at the selected charging station.

Booking confirmations will be communicated through SMS, email, or mobile application notifications.

Users are responsible for reviewing booking details including charging time, location, and charging slot accuracy immediately after confirmation.

Chargebees shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or inconveniences caused due to incorrect booking information not reported promptly by the customer.

At the completion of an EV charging session, users are required to pay the applicable charging fare, convenience fee, cancellation fee, taxes, and any additional charges as applicable.

Chargebees supports multiple payment methods including E-Wallet payments, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, digital payment gateways, and Chargebees Wallet transactions.

Payment processing is securely handled through authorized payment gateway providers and PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

Chargebees shall not be liable for payment failures, unauthorized payment activity, banking delays, or third-party payment gateway issues beyond its operational control.

Users may cancel or reschedule EV charging bookings subject to applicable cancellation and convenience fees.

Cancellation fees may apply if a booking is cancelled after confirmation or if the EV driver fails to arrive within the allowed booking window.

Rescheduling may result in revised charging rates depending on the newly selected charging slot.

In cases where a charging station is unavailable, under maintenance, or out of service, users will receive a full refund without cancellation charges.

Refunds for eligible cancellations are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours and credited to the Chargebees Wallet or original payment method based on platform policies.

By using Chargebees services, users consent to the collection, storage, processing, and sharing of relevant account information, charging data, payment details, and usage analytics as required for operational purposes.

Chargebees may use customer information to improve platform functionality, charging infrastructure performance, customer support, security systems, and personalized services.

Users also consent to receiving operational communications, service updates, promotional content, and platform notifications from Chargebees.

Chargebees shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use its services, applications, charging stations, payment systems, or related infrastructure.

Users acknowledge that EV charging services may occasionally be affected by maintenance activities, technical failures, power outages, network interruptions, or third-party service dependencies.

Chargebees does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability at all times.
